Also recognized as a leader in educational materials, Neighborhood Cats has authored "The TNR Handbook: A Guide to Trap-Neuter-Return for the Feral Cat Caretaker," has produced the first video on how to TNR an entire feral colony at once, and is host to the annual National Feral Cat Summit (to be held this year on October 15, 2005, in Philadelphia, PA.) Alley Cat Allies http://www.alleycat.org Alley Cat Allies, based in Bethesda, Maryland, was the first major organization in the United States to advocate for feral cats and promote trap-neuter-return.
